The Pathway to Excellence program—a beacon of guidance and support for college freshmen. Recognizing that the journey doesn’t end with college acceptance, this program provides a $500 personal scholarship and, crucially, sustains the mentoring relationships established during high school. These mentors continue to offer personalized guidance, ensuring that students not only adjust to college life but thrive in it. This ongoing support is designed to help students navigate academic pressures, social dynamics, and the myriad of challenges that come with the first year of college.
The Pathway to Excellence program is about more than financial aid; it’s about creating a supportive network that empowers students to achieve their goals and break the cycle of poverty.
With the combination of financial support and continued mentorship, we aim to significantly improve graduation rates.
